Your gamepad / controller is not working ? what do you mean with that ? is not working at all ? even a button ? then you need to download a gamepad emulator to game folder where game executable is. Download gaming emulator from here for all windows versions and is free to download and to use.

How to install gamepad emulator:

1. Download all archives from download link to game folder.

2. Extract downloaded files to Far Cry 4 game folder

3. Try to run game and see if video game will recognize your gamepad !

What to do if emulator cannot detect your gamepad

Go to Far Cry 4 game folder and run x360ace.exe and update it from internet and set up your gamepad buttons !
